Nooka Watch

I'm soooooo excited, FINALLY, I purchased a Nooka watch! I've been searching and waiting for a long time for a nice nooka watch to appear online and on sale. I purchased a lavander watch it is sooo funky and cool and PRETTY! I bought it on the website Beyondtherack.com. It's a website that has limited time offers of designer name brands and boutique items. I call it the 'devil site" haha because once you view this site you're always going to want to buy online all the time. It's a good site for people who love name brands and designer clothes and accessories because they have good deals, but items run out fast. I don't really care for expensive or name brand items, but it's ok to treat yourself once in a while so I did! Here is the watch I purchased and I cant wait to recieve it :)

His collections are designed with class and elegance. A woman can be beautiful when not showing off too much skin or looking too sexy. Also, If you have lean long legs, I must say, it's a woman's best accessory... so show them off.

Even the color choices he used are soft and light with some dark tones. I'm starting to like bright beautiful colors when shopping for clothes because dark tones can sometimes be boring or blah.

I want to go shopping now for dresses :)

Big Empty

I have been doing a lot of thinking lately and time is flying. I work all day every week and I don't have much free time to do the things I would like. I have also come to realization that my older sister is moving out of the house at the end of August. She is going to Ottawa for teachers college and will be living with her friend. My sister and I are extremly close, we do everything together. We share the same taste in clothing and accessories, so it's fun to shop together. We like to try out different food places and restaurants together, we like to hangout with the same friends and have fun no matter what we do. No matter what we have similar interests and have many things in common. We may butt heads from time to time, but we get over it.

She is two years older than me and I have been following her around since we were little kids. Today, at work one of our sales reps. brought in her two daughters age 6 and 8 and they reminded me of my sister and I. They reminded me of how innocent we used to be, carefree, and how we tagged along with our parents where ever they took us, no matter what all day was play time. I used to dress like her and I looked up to her, she basically was my role model growing up.

I really don't like the feeling knowing I won't get to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner with her while she's away. I won't get to get ready with her when we go out, try on eachother's clothes, get eachother's opinions or just talk. I won't get to watch movies/tv with her or just laugh with her.

Although I have a twin brother, it's not the same. He is a very funny character as well, but him and I work all day and when we come home we have our own lives where we go out or crash on our beds because we are too tired. Him and I don't get to talk as often, we try to hangout together with school friends which is nice, and we get to go to school together which is also a bonus, but most of the time it can be annoying because he relies on me too much:S So this is our last year of college together and a year where him and I can bond more because we will have to since we will only have eachother at home.

It is almost July so I have 2 more months with my sister and I am going to try and enjoy every minute I can with her. I will get to celebrate her champagne birthday with her so that will be nice and there will be a going away party for her as well. On a positive note, her friends are still willing to hangout with me when she's gone lol and we will take roadtrips to visit her weither we drive down or take the train. Her bf will miss her dearly since they are bestfriends but him and I will try to go and see her as much as we can. She will also come home from time to time which will be nice as well.

Get Inspired

This August my cousin is getting married and he is the first of the cousins on my dad's side, so it's going to be a big yet fun wedding. This obviously means I want to dress to impress. So I have been doing my research and I have fell in love with some dresses online that will inspire me to look for my perfect dress! Weither it's a pretty color, floral, or print dress it's all about the perfect fit and cut. Below are some dresses that I either like the color or style that will help me decide on what dress to look for.

This dress is my fav. I probably won't find a dress like this, but I love the color and I think it would look nice with my blonde hair. It doesn't have to be a long gown considering im only 5'2, it would still look nice above or at the knee. I also love the style as well.

All of these dresses are very pretty and different from what I would normally look for, but that is the point. I really hope to find a dress that I can feel like a star that day. I love to dress up from head to toe because I don't get to do that very often! When the time comes I will post what I end up wearing :)

Mad World by Tears for Fears and Gary Jules' version is one of my favorite songs. I've been playing this song on my piano alot last week because at first I liked how it was a slow and nice melody/tune, but then I realized I was playing it because I have been feeling down lately and when I want to get away I go in my room and just play because it calms me down. It is such a nice song...the words are very emotional, sad but true.

Went to see Pearl Jam in Buffalo on May 10th! It was an amazing show, the band played awesome and Eddie sang amazing while being drunk lol. They're one of my favorite bands and I hope to see them again!!
